We usually ship via Federal Express, which requires a street address 
(No PO Boxes) Greyhound ships to major cities and does not require 
a street address. Approximate weights are in the Price List; if no 
weight is listed, that means either that it is not easy to ship or 
we did not have it in stock the time the items were weighed. Either 
enclose an amount for freight, or it will be sent freight collect. 
Please allow 2 to 6 weeks shipping time. 
 
If a shipment has been damaged, insist on signed notation on the 
freight bill, call the carrier and originate a damage claim. 
The electrical devices in this catalogue are gauranteed for a 
year to be suitable for normal operation. Warranty void if you 
or your electrician friend attempt to repair the unit. Hydro-Tech 
does not accept liability beyond repacement of the merchandise.
